Machine features
The interior of the closed gantry structure is a well-shaped reinforcement layout
Both the beam and the column are box-shaped, and the inside is a well-shaped reinforcing rib layout, which has sufficient rigidity for the loads such as up, down, left, and right cutting and twisting of the main shaft, and is resistant to strong cutting and high precision.
Bed part: The bed within ten meters adopts integral casting structure, and the spiral flute and the bed are integrally cast to prevent water leakage. The inside of the bed is a well-shaped grid structure, which effectively reduces the amount of deformation. Guide rail line groove, overall processing in one clamping.
It is supported by a box-shaped structure with relatively large columns and beams to ensure rigidity. The beam adopts a slanted-back ladder design. The upper plane is inlaid with two sets of heavy-duty roller rails, and the vertical plane is a set of heavy-duty roller rails, effectively dispersing The position of the center of gravity of the machine head, the widened slideway has a wide force and good rigidity

The guide of the spindle head (head slider) is a wide and high-rigidity rectangular end face shape, which forms a 90° semi-enclosed structure with the beam, and is combined with the ram in an inner-enclosed hard rail. The containment length is greater than 1/2, and the center of gravity of the machine head is tight. Relying on the beam to achieve motion accuracy and heavy chip capability, the overall structure highlights the unique high stability.
Strong Z-axis high-rigidity hard rail, guide rail thickness ≥ 85mm, after quenching and then grinding, strong rigidity is suitable for heavy cutting.
The surface of the ram guide rail is plastic-laminated, and the joint surface is manually scraped to ensure the maximum joint surface of the machine tool. The machine tool has good precision and high precision retention. Lubricating oil is retained on the scraped surface to ensure that the guide rail is fully lubricated and durable.
